Fitment Guide: FORD F-150 2004-2020 (4x4) Installation Notes: These blocks measure 4", but actual lift height will vary based on size of factory block removed. 04-08 4wd models hava a 2" stock block, so these will provide 2" of net lift if stock block is removed. 09-20 4wd models have a 1.5" stock block, so these will provide 2.5" of net lift if stock block is removed. Longer rear shocks are required if you install this onto your factory blocks for a full 4" lift!
