They're made from aluminum and are clearly marked at 0, 10, 15, and 20 degrees, with one degree increments in between. The Speedway alignment turn plates have a smooth handle cut into them for portability, and the bottoms feature a thrust bearing between the plates, so turning the wheels for precise alignment is smooth and accurate.
