This VXB miniature single-row radial ball bearing is double shielded and has an extended inner ring to improve shaft support and eliminate the need for location spacers. It is suitable for applications that support radial loads at speeds up to 34,000 RPM. This chrome steel bearing has a 1/4" bore diameter, a 22 mm outside diameter, and a 7 mm width. Metal shields on both sides of the bearing keep out contaminants such as dirt and grime and hold in the lubricant applied at the manufacture. This radial ball bearing is suitable for use in applications such as household appliances, power tools, original equipment or replacement parts in motors, office automation, and conveyor rollers.Rolling bearings use rolling elements to maintain the separation between moving parts to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads.
